A Hot Summer Day
Monday we had a record high heat of 85 and that can only mean one thing....POOL TIME!
Dean's friends Madisson and Prophet were here and I put out the inflatable pool and Dean loved jumping in it.
I dont have much time to write, so the videos are here to tell the story.
The 60's are here
The weather has been fabulous. We are now in the 60's and feeling the heat. How funny it is to be wearing flip flops and short sleeves. We have been spending alot of time outdoors and enjoying the wonderful sun. Here are some pictures of the past few days.

I finally have a dishwasher
So if you have followed our blog you will aware that we have moved, you will also be aware that our house is lacking in some areas...like a dishwasher.

I havent had a dishwasher in a year and it has been tough. Well, someone must have gotten sick of all my complaining so finally one day...... I FINALLY GOT A DISHWASHER
VANISHED: a mistery inspired by a true story
Aprox 3 weeks ago: Lorna rushes in the morning as usual to try to get Dean and herself ready in order to be at work by 9am. She was very excited that this would be the first day in a very long time that she would make it on time....or would she? Immediately the search for the missing keys began. All purses were checked, all corners, all couches, the keys seemed to have simply VANISHED. Half an hour into the search Lorna decides to call her husband Tim who valiantly came to the rescue (by sending someone) with his spare set of keys.
Aprox 2 weeks ago: The keys are still missing, no one seems to have any recollection as to where they might have been placed. Lorna is getting worried she will never see her keys again. Tension grows in the Bingham residence as one set of keys now has to be shared. Lorna thinks that Tim must have lost them, and Tim probably thinks that Lorna misplaced them.
Aprox 1 week ago: Its been 2 weeks now, there is no hope for the missing keys. The Binghams are starting to loose hope of ever seeing them again and trying to coupe with the fact that they might have lost the keys for good. Lorna starts to remember the good times spent with the keys. She didnt just loose a set of car keys, she had also lost the church keys, the house keys, the grocery store card, the only library card she had....
TODAY: Today seemed like an ordinary day, nothing special had happened, no big stories to tell. Lorna and Dean arrived home and played outside for a while then came inside and placed the spare keys on the kitchen table. Dinner was prepared and eaten. Games had been played. Bed time was well on its way when suddenly......THE LOST KEYS STOOD ON THE CARPET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LIVING ROOM. It was such a surprise to see them again. Tears of joy began to fall downs Lorna's check (ok, that is an exagerration), she immediately rushed to get the spare set of keys from the kitchen table to finally reunite them when....NO....ITS NOT POSSIBLE....IT CANT BE.....The spare set of keys had VANISHED.

I never remembered Easter being this long
I dont remember Easter ever being this long. Usually as a kid we did an egg hunt and that was it. However, Easter this year went on for 4 days.....YES thats what I said...4 days.
Thursday: Play group easter egg hunt.
Dean was not in the picture because he fell asleep in the car.

Friday: I have absolutely no recollection of what we did on Friday
Dean didnt understand why the other kids where coloring the eggs when you can eat them the way they are.

Notice how all the kids are coloring the eggs and Dean is in the back....well....eating them.

Saturday: Yet another easter egg hunt at the local park, egg coloring, pinata, cake and ice cream.
Dean only got 5 candies because he had to make sure he ate them before he could continue on to the next.
This is my easter cake masterpiece. The kids loved the bunny cake.

Sunday: Easter sunday, primary presentation at church, dinner with friends and yet another egg hunt.
